The minute we talked with them, they put us on their schedule. Then they were able to start our deck a few weeks earlier. The team who did the demo and installation were hard workers, friendly, and polite. Communication couldn’t have been better. We are so happy with our deck as well as the railings they installed on our front porch. They are worth hiring!

They were very safe to follow the protocols of the Covid 19. He took great care of the work. I am very satisfied with the high-quality work. They are worth hiring!

We hired Badger State Deck and Railing to rebuild our 12×16 deck into a 20×24 dream space that’s magazine worthy. From the composite decking, piano style railing system, custom 9-foot posts to hold heavy flower baskets and support a large 16×12 sunshade sail and my favorite part, the staircase to the patio that wraps around our large maple tree, the final product is gorgeous, elegant and everything we wanted for our deck. I would recommend using Badger State Deck and Railing for all your decking needs.

Prior to our new deck we had a wood deck that was adequate and functional but high maintenance and basically unattractive. We did not use it very often. I tried several other deck builders in the area, but had trouble even getting a reply, let alone someone willing to come take a look at our rotting deck. Finally did a google search for deck builders near me and found Badger State Deck & Railing. I filled out the online contact info and within 20 minutes David called me back….FROM HIS VACATION! After some site visits and looking at samples we decided to hire David and his crew, and have been nothing but satisfied. Big shout out to Jacob and Nate who did the framing and a huge shout out to Ben who did the decking and the railing. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and responsive, and was always willing to answer questions. Kyle did an awesome job on my mom’s front porch. Very professional, excellent workmanship, done quickly. Have gotten a lot of compliments on it. I would highly recommend him.

We wanted to re-surface our pressure treated wood deck, (which required hours of sanding and staining every few years), with Trex composite decking. We found Kyle, from Badger State Deck & Railing, to be the perfect fit for the job. Kyle was friendly, professional and courteous from start to finish. He did not try and up-sell us more than the job required and his prices were very reasonable. His attention to detail was excellent resulting in a great finished product. If issues arose, as they do with all jobs, he was more than willing to correct to our liking. Kyle always left the work area neat and clean. We love our new Trex deck and couldn’t be more pleased with Kyle from Badger State Deck & Railing. He did an awesome job and I would highly recommend!

Kyle and Badger State Deck And Railing are very professional, responsible, and artistic. From observing safety measures during our consultation and making sure the railing is completely safe and sturdy, to last-minute adjustments during the product install, Kyle always had our best interests in mind. The process was smooth and worry-free.
We needed a railing for our long, steep driveway and another for our top stoop. During the install we realized the pitch of the steep driveway changed half-way down and Kyle took great care to make sure to minimize the change aesthetically and no one even notices the change. The compliments keep coming!

Got quotes from quite a few places, most that said they only do commercial gigs and a few who were actually patronizing and rude I even asked and the ones who would even think about taking on ended up being out of our price boundaries, or weren’t great products (or very commercial) and would have taken months to install. So when I contacted Badger Railing I was prepared for the same. The very first contact was friendly and so professional even though I asked LOTS of questions, especially as I had looked at their website first (excellent site with lots of info and a great gallery of pictures) and was prepared with a list of things I wanted answered. And even though it feels like they specialize in commercial gigs, they had no reservations at all in taking on our comparatively small front stoop railing job. The quote process and follow-up was timely, the ongoing communication was excellent, given all the work that seems to be going on these days and per some other companies quotes the timing of the installation was pretty speedy and timely, the customer service was GREAT (Kyle was one of the best customer service guys we’ve ever had and we’ve owned 4 houses and have dealt with lots of contractors) and the product and the work done was impeccable and just what we wanted. Product choices are great, pricing is fair especially considering the quality of the product. Amazing value, amazing product, and amazing workmanship and pride in what they do. We are so thrilled with how they look and also pleased with the safety value they’ve added for not only us, but for our guests and our postal delivery folks and and the improvement value they added to our home. This was one of the best home improvement contracting gigs we’ve ever had and I would recommend these folks without hesitation!
